MODULE 1 - TIME TO GET CRYSTAL CLEAR

The first step on the path to remarkable is knowing EXACTLY what needs to change. Often we don't know because all the different parts of our lives are interconnected. And things can get a bit messy and tangled. So while we know something's got to shift, we feel confused about where to even start. That's what this first module is about. You can think about it like your happiness benchmark. Here's what we'll cover:

  • We'll use the Life Wheel, a smart and effective coaching tool to give you a super clear picture of where you are now versus where you want to be - across ALL areas of your life.
  • With your new-found clarity, you'll identity between some key areas of your life to work on as you move through the program. 
  • We'll use a technique called Future Pacing to begin to imagine (and get excited about) the changes you will create, so you feel fired up and ready to go from week 1.

MODULE 2 - TIME TO RAISE YOUR ENERGY

This week's all about figuring out what makes your sun shine! You know that energy shift you experience when the sky's blue and the sun's beaming through the windows? That's what we're shooting for, so you have the energy you need to make the most of the program. We'll explore tools and techniques that will serve you throughout the program and way beyond. We'll explore:

  • A proven tool from psychology that helps you manage your stress levels, so you avoid chronic stress and burnout
  • Simple yet powerful breathing practices you can tap into anytime you need an energy boost. You'll have audio versions of these to download and keep so you can use anytime
  • A nourishing relaxation technique you can use to switch your mind and body into recovery mode whenever you feel overwhelmed or drained. Again, you'll have audio to download and keep.
  • Energy in season - how to keep your energy levels high and stable throughout the year, even when the days get short and the sky grey!
  • The science behind activities and practices that are proven to improve happiness and wellbeing - things like creativity, play, learning, movement, gratitude and kindness
  • Your personal energy boosters and how you can bring them into your life consistently

MODULE 3 - TIME TO SET BIG GOALS

As you develop clarity and increase your positive energy, you're now in the right headspace to set some BIG goals. No small thinking allowed! We'll use a tried and tested coaching tool to make sure your goals are desirable, meaningful and realistic, and then we'll start mapping out your path to achieving them. We'll cover:

  • Why goals matter and the importance of having them in our lives
  • The psychology of goal setting and how the stories we tell ourselves have a huge bearing on whether or not we succeed
  • The role of visualisation and how it can help us achieve our goals. Which, by the way, is based on neuroscience, not magic. You'll receive an audio visualisation to help you get started with this powerful technique. 
  • Your goal tracker and milestone mapper. This will keep you on track as you progress through the program. 

MODULE 4 - TIME TO LET GO OF SH*T

So now you know what you want to achieve and have started to map out the path you'll take. But to keep your energy high and your mind clear, you're going to have a little declutter. This is one of my favourite weeks and I know you're going to love it too. It's time to let go of all the crap that puts out your sunshine and drags your down in life. We'll cover:

  • The important of establishing healthy boundaries, and how to do that - especially when it means disruption to a long-established routine or relationship
  • How to recognise and let go of old patterns of behaviour that no longer serve you or prevent you from being as happy as you could be
  • How to say 'No' with kindness and like you mean it, without feeling guilty or like you're letting people down
  • Your personality traits and drivers. People pleaser? Perfectionist? Live life at a million miles an hour? We'll shine a light on the traits that influence your thinking and actions, and learn how to use them to your advantage. 

MODULE 5 - TIME TO REBOOT YOUR ROUTINE

What if you could redesign your daily routine to give you more energy, more balance and, of course, more time for Happies? Well, guess what, you can! This super practical module is where your new life begins to take shape. We're designing your personal blueprint for happiness! We'll cover:

  • The magic of routine. This is a science-backed look at how daily routines positively impact our lives
  • Your Happy Habits - you'll identify the habits that will help you feel happy, fulfilled and in the right headspace to achieve your goals. We'll revisit some of the practices we covered in module 2 and introduce a few more
  • The psychology of forming habits and how to make them stick. No more saying you'll do something then giving up on Day 2!
  • How to identify any unhealthy habits you use as a coping mechanism to help you manage stress. Yes, mindless scrolling on Facebook, binge watching boxsets and over-consumption of junk food, sugar and alcohol, I'm looking at you! 
  • Design your life. This is your personal happiness blueprint where you'll map out your new routine, habits and energising activities - and then commit to change

MODULE 6 - TIME TO TAKE A BIG GULP

Be afraid. Be very afraid. Actually, don't. Because fear doesn't have to be scary. We're going to use simple, powerful and safe coaching tools to get up close and personal with the hidden fears that are lurking in the background and preventing you from shining bright. It might feel a little uncomfortable. It will definitely be revealing. But we ALL have fears and the only way to confront them is, well, to confront them. I promise that by the end of this module, you'll feel ready to take that BIG GULP - and do anything. We'll cover:

  • The psychology of fear - what is it, how to recognise it, how it shows up in our behaviour, and how it can impact our health if left unchecked
  • Techniques and tools to help you deal with fear effectively and in a healthy way
  • Impostor syndrome and how it's not really a syndrome at all. You'll learn a simple, powerful technique you can use in seconds how to stop it in its tracks... before it stops you
  • Silencing your inner critic using techniques from positive psychology, mindfulness and self-compassion. You'll learn how to be your own bestie rather than your harshest critic
  • We'll practice a visualisation for confidence that you can build into your routine and that you can download and keep

MODULE 7 - TIME TO MAX YOUR MOTIVATION

You know when you want something - like really, really want something? That's when it becomes much easier to find the motivation to go for it, right? That's what this module is all about - helping you max your motivation for the change you wish to create. By the end of this module, you'll understand how motivation works and you'll know exactly how to make it work for you in all areas of your life. We'll cover:

  • The psychology of motivation. What is motivation? What motivates us and why? What's the all-important difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation?
  • Motivation versus willpower. You'll learn how motivation beats willpower when it comes to achieving your goals, and get super-clear on your motivation for the goals you've set.
  • Your personal values. We'll explore how creating goals and building a life that's aligned with our values is an amazing way to build motivation. And you'll have the opportunity to chart your own personal values and use these as a lens to check in with your goals.

MODULE 8 - TIME TO SET BIGGER GOALS 

Time To Be Happies! is a transformational coaching journey. Which means you can expect to change, in a really good way! The goals that you set back in Module 3 might have changed by now - after all, you've changed your routine, faced your fears, called out your inner critic and got to know the real you a whole lot better - so you might find your goals have grown even bigger. That's what this module is all about. Reassessing where you are, where you're heading and exactly how you're getting there. We'll cover:

  • Your goal progress so far. What's working, what's changed, where are your growing edges that need attention?
  • Do goals versus Feel goals. Once we've sharpened each goal, you'll use Future Pacing to get really clear on how you'll feel when you achieve your goal. This will help max your motivation and tap into your subconscious for insights on how you will get there.
  • You'll also map out the exact steps you'll take to get there, using the SMART goals model to make sure your goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely

MODULE 9 -TIME TO SHARPEN YOUR MINDSET

You've come so far in your journey and your mindset will already have shifted. Our penultimate module is about shifting it up a gear. By the end of this module, you'll feel confident, clear and certain you can give anything your best shot! We'll cover:

  • How to switch off your thoughts and go with the flow of life, so you experience more joy, connection and fulfilment
  • How to recognise disempowering thoughts and use a technique to prevent them dragging you down the rabbit hole of despair
  • Daily mindset boosters - hacks, practices and activities from neuroscience, positive psychology and mindfulness to keep you in 'Yes I can' mode
  • Design your mindset - a practical tool you can use to harness the power of your mind as you work towards any goal

MODULE 10 - TIME TO BE HAPPIES!

Yay! You did it. And now it's time to evaluate, celebrate and create our action plan for the next six months. Because the journey doesn't stop here. You've learned (and applied) tools that will transform how you approach your life from here on in. Our final module is where you celebrate how far you've come and map out your fulfilling, rewarding, remarkable journey ahead. We'll cover:

  • Your life vision. This is bigger than specific goals because your vision crosses all areas of your life. We'll use a powerful visualisation technique to help you get clarity over your vision - one you can download and keep.
  • Create your vision board. This is a super fun, creative process where you'll collect images, words or objects that represent the life you are going to create. We'll explore the neuroscience behind vision boards and how they can help us make choices that take us towards our goals. 
  • We'll celebrate together in our live weekly coaching session. Celebrating your successes is something I bet you neglect, but it's so important. Discover why and learn how to make celebration a lifelong happy habit. 
  • You will finalise your action plan for the next six months, so you can keep on track. You'll also have the opportunity to join a dedicated Facebook group with Time To Be Happies! alumni so you can share, learn and cheer one another other on.
